The University Club provides athletic facilities, including squash courts, a swimming pool, and a cardio center. The eleventh floor includes a state-of-the-art doubles court and four International singles courts. Two Full Swing golf simulators are available on the fifth floor of the 30 South Michigan building. The Club features a 5-lane lap pool, personal training, and group exercise classes. Massage therapy includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, and Reflexology. Area 13 is the dedicated space for group training using Myzone technology.

Located in Streeterville, the University Club Of Chicago faces Millennium Park. It is steps from The Art Institute of Chicago and minutes from the Field Museum and Shedd Aquarium. Transportation includes the CTA Blue Line from O'Hare Airport to the Monroe/Dearborn stop and the CTA Orange Line from Midway Airport to the Adams/Wabash stop. Parking is available at Grant Park North Garage and Grant Park South Garage.

Members may enter only through the athletic entrance in the west alley or the west valet entrance to the Clubhouse when wearing athletic attire.
