The University Club Of Chicago offers 59 guest rooms with Serta iCollection beds and Restoration Hardware Heirloom bedding. Rooms include wireless internet, bottled water, Keurig coffee makers, and 65-inch smart TVs. Bath amenities are from Zenology. Michigan Rooms face east over Michigan Avenue, with views of Millennium Park and the Art Institute of Chicago. Monroe Rooms have city views facing Monroe Street and are available with one king or two double beds. Court Rooms have one queen or one full-sized bed and a frosted glass window.

The University Club has multiple dining venues with Executive Chef Rafat Alzein. The eighth-floor Parliament offers year-round casual dining and a seasonal rooftop terrace overlooking Millennium Park and the Art Institute. The Living Room, on the seventh floor, serves morning coffee, and cocktails. The Bean Counter provides coffee. The Club hosts wine dinners and seasonal buffets in Cathedral Hall. The lunch menu includes seasonal cuisine, Clubhouse classics, comfort food, and an express two-course lunch. Self-service dining is available Monday to Friday.

The University Club provides athletic facilities, including squash courts, a swimming pool, and a cardio center. The eleventh floor includes a state-of-the-art doubles court and four International singles courts. Two Full Swing golf simulators are available on the fifth floor of the 30 South Michigan building. The Club features a 5-lane lap pool, personal training, and group exercise classes. Massage therapy includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, and Reflexology. Area 13 is the dedicated space for group training using Myzone technology.

Located in Streeterville, the University Club Of Chicago faces Millennium Park. It is steps from The Art Institute of Chicago and minutes from the Field Museum and Shedd Aquarium. Transportation includes the CTA Blue Line from O'Hare Airport to the Monroe/Dearborn stop and the CTA Orange Line from Midway Airport to the Adams/Wabash stop. Parking is available at Grant Park North Garage and Grant Park South Garage.

The University Club provides laundry and dry cleaning upon request. The Business Center has desks, computers with Internet access, phones, and printer. The Club hosts regular wine dinners. The Club offers Junior Fitness, Junior Squash, Junior Golf and Junior Swim programs. The west terrace features a water feature. Athletic attire is required for athletic facilities. Members may enter only through the athletic entrance in the west alley or the west valet entrance to the Clubhouse when wearing athletic attire.
