The Virgin Hotel has lifestyle-focused rooms split into two by sliding privacy doors, creating separate living and sleeping areas. Closets feature ample shelving, hanging space, shoe storage, drawers, and a full-length mirror. Each room has a custom-designed hybrid bed with an ergonomic headboard and erectable footboard. Rooms includes ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, sitting area, and soundproofed rooms. There is a flat-screen TV and free toiletries. Suites have a separate living room with a sofa, a dining table, a separate dressing room, and a two-sink vanity. Some chambers also feature a work desk with a luxury lounge chair, a small refrigerator, and a mini-bar.

Chicago dining experience

The Kitchen at Commons Club features an open-style kitchen and dining room, including a chef's table, where Chef Tony Roldan serves creative American dishes using locally sourced, seasonally driven ingredients. The Commons Club doubles as an intimate restaurant with an internationally inspired menu that includes salads, creative pastas, and proteins.
